It is with sadness that we share the passing of longtime Springbrook member Richard "Rick" Austin, who passed away peacefully on July 11, 2026, at the age of 97.
Rick and his beloved wife, Jo, retired to Loudon, TN, where they enjoyed many years playing golf at Springbrook Golf & Country Club. We are honored that Springbrook was a special part of their lives and grateful for the years they spent as members of our club family.
Rick lived an extraordinary 97 years - a life filled with family, athletics, service, friendship, and a love of the games he played. Most importantly, he leaves behind a wonderful legacy through his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
