Members and guests are invited to play in our 2026 Member-Guest and Bill Heater Shootout on May 29, 30 & 31.

The cost is $400 per team.

Friday

Bill Heater Shootout 

2-man Scramble $40 per team entry

Make your own tee time & pairings. Nine Holes Blind Draw to flight and other Nine Holes to determine winners.

(*OPTIONAL* Not counted as part of the tournament)

6 - 7 p.m. - Happy Hour

7 p.m. - Light Appetizer Buffet

Saturday

All Flights are Select Shot (Scramble)

6 - 7 p.m. - Happy Hour

7 p.m. - Dinner

Sunday

Championship Flight is Best/Low Ball

Each player will play his own ball and the best score is recorded.

All other flights are Select Shot (Scramble)

Format

Select Shot (Scramble)

Each player will hit a shot from their assigned tee box. Team determines the best shot, the ball may be placed within one grip length of that location no closer to the hole. Each team member will hit from the chosed location and play will continue until the ball is holed.

Championship Flight/1st-3rd Flight

MEN under 65 - Blue/White

MEN 65 & over - Gold

LADIES - RED

Tee Times

The Golf Shop will pair teams and assign tee times for both days, however, pairing requests for Saturday will try to be honored.

Mulligans

Each player is allotted (1) mulligan per day to be used anywhere. 1 EXTRA may be purchased for $10/per person/per day. Both must be purchased before Saturday's Round for a total of $20.

Player's Pool

The Player's Pool will be for Sunday's round only and there is a separate pool in each flight. If 75% fo the flight gets in the player's pool we will pay out 2 places. If less than 75% then we will pay 1 place only. Payment for the Player's Pool will be paid Sunday Morning before teeing off. (Ties within the Calcutta will be split)
