Cost: $450.00 per team
Format
Select shot (scramble) - Saturday & Sunday
each player will hit a shot from their assigned tee box. team will determine the best shot, the ball may be placed within one grip length of that location, no closer to the hole. each team member will hit from
the chosen location and play will continue until the ball is holed.
Tees
CHAMPIONSHIP FLIGHT - Saturday - Select Shot (Scramble)
Sunday – Best/Low Ball (grip length own fairway only)
each player will play his own ball and the best score.
Championship Flight/1st - 3rd Flight
MEN under 65 - Blue/White MEN 65 and over - gold LADIES - red
Tee Times
Golf Shop will pair teams and assign tee times for both days, however, pairing requests for Saturday will try to be honored.
Mulligans
Each player is allotted (1) mulligan per day to be used anywhere.
EXTRA may be purchased for $10/per person/per day. (2 Max per person)
Calcutta
The Calcutta will take place at 8:00 P.M. on Friday June 2, 2023. Finish per flight of the Calcutta shall be determined by the team’s score on their Sunday round.
10% of the Calcutta will go the SGCC. the remaining amount will be paid as follows:
1st - 50% 2nd - 30% 3rd - 20% (Ties within the Calcutta will be split)
Teams may purchase 1/2 of their team from the buyer before their tee time on SATURDAY.

Friday Night – Light appetizer buffet. Happy Hour 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Saturday Night Happy hour 6 p.m. - 7 p.m. dinner at 7 p.m.
Tournament Prizes
Will be determined based on number of entries.

RULES OF PLAY

* Valid USGA Handicap required to enter and participate.

Ties for flight winner will be decided by a sudden death playoff beginning on #1 and proceeding to next hole if
necessary. Teams may agree to split 1st and 2nd places. All other ties will be decided by USGA method.

Free relief is available from flower beds that are BORDERED by rock or other border materials.

No Relief from the net on #7.

Please abide by the wrong green rule when applicable (Rule 13.1f)

The ball may be moved everywhere one grip length, but must remain in the current condition (fairway, rough,
bunker, green) and no closer to the hole. If team plays from bunker, 2nd player may rake and place.

CHAMPIONSHIP FLIGHT - SUNDAY ROUND - Ball must be played as it lies.

USGA Rules shall govern except where local rule supersedes.

Out of Bounds is defined by WHITE STAKES and/or fences. Note: The practice putting green, the road the left of
Hole #17, the pool fence and the tennis course fence are ALL OUT OF BOUNDS.

RED STAKES mark lateral penalty areas and players shall proceed according to Rule 17.1d.

YELLOW STAKES mark penalty areas and players shall proceed according to Rule 17.1d.

Weather Policy: Mandatory stoppage will occur when a single long horn sound is heard during play. Play will only
be allowed to resume upon second horn.
